If you’ve ever worked with 3R Home Services, you’ve likely met Rosemary, or at least felt her influence in the way we work. She’s the heart behind our high standards, sharp eye for detail, and commitment to treating every home like it’s our own.

After retiring from a successful career in computer software in 2015, Rosemary wasn’t ready to slow down. She has loved playing in the construction field most of her life, she missed the energy and camaraderie of working with a team and decided to take on something new: flipping houses. That experience opened the door to a whole new world; one where she could blend her love of design, project management, and problem-solving into something tangible. Something that made a difference in people’s lives.

What started with flipping homes quickly turned into offering home repairs for friends and neighbors. From there, 3R Home Services was born. As the business grew, so did the team—eventually bringing her husband and son on board full-time. Today, remodeling is the bulk of what we do, and it’s where Rosemary shines.

She loves helping homeowners turn “just okay” spaces into places they truly love. Whether it’s a kitchen that finally functions the way it should or a basement that becomes the new favorite hangout, Rosemary brings her full attention, warmth, and wisdom to every project.

As a woman-owned business, she’s especially proud of the trust she’s built with other women and single homeowners, people who know they can count on her team to communicate clearly, follow through, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship without cutting corners.
