They worked directly with the insurance company to collect all the funds needed to restore my bathroom to its original state. I took advantage of the situation and upgraded my bathtub and tub/shower faucet which was not covered by insurance. They put in all new tile around the tub and matched the floor and base. They put in a new vanity and re-installed a toilet that was not that old and re-painted the entire bathroom. It turned out beautiful.
