We had nothing but the best experience with 3R Home Services. We had contacted them and a few other companies after some water damage in our 1965 kitchen. We decided to go with 3R because of how responsive they were. Rose helped us deal with insurance and made sure everything was replaced as it was previously set. After talking we decided to do a full remodel instead. Rose helped us with the design and put colors together based on what we wanted. Once the design was complete we were moved the the Project Manager Tyler who was equally as awesome! Tyler sent us weekly plans so we knew exactly what would be done and when. If there were delays or issues we knew about them immediately and also gave us his recommendations on how to move forward. We really enjoyed all of their contractors as well! We would definitely use them again for future projects!

When we bought our house, we knew we were on borrowed time with the original awning over our back patio. It was well past its prime, leaking, rotting, and in need of replacement.

We recently hired 3R Home Services for a second project replacing doors, following a basement remodel they completed for us a year ago after water damage. Rosemary, Greg and Tyler are all professional, friendly, and maintain excellent communication; we had a wonderful experience with all of their subcontractors as well. They handled our questions promptly and addressed all concerns with patience. They truly listened to our vision while providing fresh ideas and perspectives.
3R worked directly with my insurance adjuster to navigate the scope of work, which was a huge relief. It's my absolute pleasure to give highest marks to 3R Home Services for my basement remodel after being flooded 8 months ago. Rose and Greg are wonderful, friendly people who've patiently endured this journey with me, through countless setbacks and trials, none of their making. The communication with them throughout the process has been stellar. They were always prompt in answering any questions I had as well as keeping me informed of what was going on. At one point progress was completely halted when it was discovered that I needed to have a drainage system installed. Greg not only provided the name of an excellent company but also volunteered to look over the quote for me and provide his professional opinion. The sub contractors and his handyman Zach were hard working, friendly, and extremely professional and I felt entirely comfortable when I had to leave the house for various appointments. A pleasant surprise at the end was that a cleaning service came in to clean up 8 months of blood, sweat and tears (mostly mine 🤭). My basement family room, bedroom, and bathroom are stunning and I could not be happier with the results! More importantly, however, is the fact that I never once felt alone during the entire process and that is absolutely priceless to me!

We recently had a bathroom refresh completed by 3R Home Services and couldn’t be happier with the results. The new LVT flooring completely transformed the space, and the updated plumbing fixtures provide a clean, modern look. They also installed a beautiful new quartz countertop on the vanity, which truly elevated the entire room. Additionally, the team removed carpet in two of our bedrooms and replaced it with LVP and new trim.

The whole team at 3R was excellent for my complete bathroom renovation. Rosemary gave helpful, practical design advice as we firmed up the project, Tyler’s communication and project management was exceptional throughout. All the subcontractors were competent and radiated trust. Our many good discussions of pro/cons of build decisions was extremely helpful (LVT or ceramic? Could I DIY this part? ). 3R did a fabulous job rebuilding our home after a water issue. They worked very well with our insurance company, pointing out things the adjustor had missed. We also did an upgrade, and Rosemary and Tyler were very helpful in showing us ideas that would work out. All the businesses they recommended did a great job in working with us and 3R (Galaxie Flooring, Hopkins Glass, The Tile Shop to name a few). They also were very upfront about costs and invoicing. I’ve had 3R Home Services complete two projects for me now, and I have been very happy with their work. The first was a remodel of my laundry room where we went from the 1980's to the 2020's in design. They installed custom cabinetry and beautiful quartz countertops. It made the space so much more functional and attractive. More recently, they completely transformed my fireplace with a new tile surround and a gorgeous custom wood mantle. Also moving it several decades forward in design. The team was professional, respectful, and easy to work with throughout both projects. With an old house, it is typical to run into a few issues, but they worked through them quickly and professionally. They were great at keeping me in the loop at all times. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and reliable service.

We've done two big projects with 3R Home Services and love the results! They rebuilt the back wall of our kitchen and expanded our patio door bay area so we could make room for a new kitchen design, then we asked them back to do the full kitchen reno. We are beyond thrilled with our closet remodel by 3R Home Services to create a "master" bedroom in our 1930's home. From start to finish, their team was professional and detail-oriented and the finished space fits in well with the aesthetics of the house. From the start, Rose was extremely easy to work with: she was always available, always communicative, extremely organized. 3R was willing to work with us not only on the scope of the project, but also within our budget. Nothing ever felt forceful. Rose was always concerned for the quality and outcome of our project, and was willing to help us come up with quality solutions in order to stay within our budget. We had a very large gap across our entire wall/ceiling from a sump pump being installed and hired 3R
Home Services for drywall installation/repainting. Working with them was an absolute pleasure. Rosemary and her team were extremely professional throughout the entire process, completed the work in an efficient and non-disruptive manner, and the quality of work was outstanding. 3R Home Services did an excellent job remodeling my bathroom after water damage. They worked directly with the insurance company to collect all the funds needed to restore my bathroom to its original state. I took advantage of the situation and upgraded my bathtub and tub/shower faucet which was not covered by insurance. They put in all new tile around the tub and matched the floor and base. They put in a new vanity and re-installed a toilet that was not that old and re-painted the entire bathroom. It turned out beautiful. They kept me up to date on the progress and discussed issues with me and provided quick solutions. They were easy to work with and very professional at all times. They cleaned up before leaving every day. I was very pleased with their service and their work. I highly recommend them.

Rosemary and her crew were exceptional! We had 2 ceilings repaired from water damage this winter. They sheet rocked skim coated and painted and it looks absolutely beautiful! Would highly recommend 3R Home Services. Rose was very responsive, quick to provide a quote and then get to work. She and her husband worked on scraping off our popcorn ceiling and painting our living room, kitchen, entry and hallway. Also removed a no longer-needed wheelchair ramp off our front steps and installed a new lock. Great attention to detail. Cleaned everything up, hauled things away and completed projects as promised. Very happy with my new knock-down ceilings and fresh updated painted rooms.
